Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR) and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) | - I) At Enterprise Level (Preparatory & Planning Phase)

• Orientation on basics and nuances of BRSR & ESG at Corporate level & Finance/ Company Secretary/ Sustainability/ CSR Department Heads. • Orientation on Climate Action & Sustainability at Corporate level & Line function Heads (e.g., Procurement, Production, Sales, Logistics). • Methodology for mapping of Scope 1 & 2 GHG emissions and compilation of data related to BRSR’s 9 principles at enterprise level. • Roadmap for mapping Scope 3 emissions and current sustainability norms practiced within “Supply Chain” along with gaps analysis. • Breakdown “S” (Social) as key Stakeholders, including communities surrounding facilities as well as in major markets of the Enterprise.

II) At Enterprise Level (Start-up Phase)

• Webinars on BRSR & ESG for Managers/ Executives of Finance/ Sustainability/ CSR Departments. • Webinars on Climate Action & Sustainability for Managers/ Executives of Line function Departments (e.g., Procurement, Production, Sales, Logistics). • Mapping of Scope 1 & 2 GHG emissions and compilation of data related to BRSR’s 9 principles at enterprise level. • Methodology for mapping Scope 3 emissions and current sustainability norms practiced within
“Supply Chain” along with gaps analysis & program for related capacity building. • Set focus for CSR projects, which improve achievement against “Social” metrics, with special focus on communities surrounding facilities as well as in major markets of the Enterprise. |
III) At Enterprise Level (Implementation Phase)
• Establishing data points to be captured. • Assignment of firm to capture the data points established. • Audit of report issued by the third party on points captured. • Prepare Reports as per BRSR/ESG requirements, as well as on Scope 1&2 emissions • Audit of above reports by experts, certified for BRSR. • Road map for Scope 1 & 2 GHG emissions mitigation and modalities for trading on VCM (Voluntary Carbon Markets) platforms. • Interface with experts for Capacity Building, conducted by SCGJ/ CVC, within “Supply Chain Managers” on how to improve Environment & Social metrics, including GHG emissions & Climate Resilience. • Extend CSR support to Social Enterprises/ local Green Entrepreneurs, aligned with focus for CSR projects. • Compliance with International Standards on Sustainable Development/ESG such as GRI, IFAC’s ISAE 3000, OECD, ISO 26000 etc.
Iv) At Supply Chain Level (Implementation Phase)
• Capacity building programs, conducted by SCGJ/ CVC Training, for MSME’s in Supply chain. Apart
from relevant Green Jobs modules,it will include orientation on Renewable Energy, Sustainable Water
Management, 4 R’s of Waste Management, Climate Resilience, etc., as well as basics of Computer &
